the servo pinout is wrong, like in a way that could fry a sero.
should be:
top - signal (servos are not PWM)
middle - V+
bottom - ground

I would advise everyone to make sure of their pin outs on the Pixy and the cables you plug into them. Verify that things make sense by using your VOM to check where +Vcc and Gnd are on the pins.
The servos are PWM.

sort of. it's a single pulse, so it's not really PWM with a continuous duty cycle like is normally done.
regardless of the protocol details, servo manufacturers call it the Signal wire, not the PWM wire. For clarity, Pixy's documentation should also.
